We seek a motivated, mechanically inclined individual who wants to start a high-paying career in the agricultural equipment industry. Our Service Technician Apprenticeship program requires no prior experience, just the aptitude, and attitude to learn while you earn. In this apprenticeship, you will assist a senior technician daily and take weekly online classes to reinforce your daily learning. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in performing diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on agricultural farm equipment with a high level of quality and efficiency.
But that’s not all — as a team member, you will also receive continued training to maintain up-to-date- product knowledge for equipment maintenance. We strongly believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.Â
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is customer-focused and an independent problem solver. You’ll be working as part of a high-performing team, so respecting your co-workers and displaying personal integrity is essential.Â
