Role Summary:
Join us as a Diesel Tech Apprentice, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a diverse range of Agricultural equipment. This position is essential for fostering customer relationships and ensuring seamless operations within our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in servicing and repairing a variety of agricultural machinery, including balers, tractors, combines, small diesel engines, and more.
– Work under supervision to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
– Communicate effectively with customers, providing insights into diagnostics and repairs, guided by a senior technician.
– Prioritize customer satisfaction, responding efficiently to their needs.
– Participate in training to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
– Maintain a high standard of quality and safety in all tasks.
– Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
– Collaborate with the team and management, adhering to company values.

Qualifications:
– A keen interest in mechanics, specifically in areas like electronics, diesel engines, and hydraulics.

Physical Requirements:
