About the Apprenticeship Program

Our full-time Apprenticeship Program is designed to turn ambitious individuals into skilled Service Technicians. Starting with a wage of $18 per hour, you can earn over $24 per hour by the end of the program. What’s more, your wage is directly tied to your learning speed – the faster you learn, the more you earn!

What You Will Do
As an Apprentice Service Technician, you will learn on the job, working alongside our experienced technicians. You will also take online courses tailored to help you learn the necessary skills for success. From understanding the ins and outs of our equipment to mastering customer service, we will guide you every step of the way.

What is a Service Technician Apprenticeship?

We have partnered with AxisU to provide a debt-free alternative to college for our community members. Our apprenticeship allows you to learn high-paying skills on the job and take online courses to reinforce your day-to-day learning. This is a competency-based program where the more skills you acquire, the more you get paid. At the end of the program, you will receive a Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Certificate, equivalent to an associate’s degree. (for Free)
